how it works

  • TaBelle is a tablescape hire company.

    We rent out luxury table settings that have been pre-styled and themed.

    Hiring table decor means you can have designer goods for your next soirée without having to invest in items you might only use once.

  • We’ve already done the hard work for you and carefully chosen luxury table decor that pairs together perfectly. If you’d prefer to select individual pieces, you can do that at the ‘hire our gear’ section of the website.

  • You can book a table scape for intimate events of 4 people or for larger soirée’s of up to 18 people.

    For events larger than 18, enquire within.

  • If you want to level up your lunch or dinner, there is an option to add-on custom disposable film cameras.

  • Once your scape is ready, you’ll be able to collect it the day before your hire from our warehouse in Maryville. Drop is the day after your hire, or the Monday following your event if it takes place on the weekend.

  • We guarantee your food is going to taste better on a beautiful table.

  • You name the event and we’ll hire you gear! Hens, baby showers, bridal showers, micro weddings, engagement dinners, Valentine’s Day, 21st, 30th, 60th (I can go on and on - you get the idea!). Essentially, anything where food or drink is involved - TaBelle can be hired out!

  • We ask you just pop the glassware and plates in the dishwasher for a cycle so the food comes off!

    Then just pop back in our reusable boxes.

    Don’t worry about washing any of the linen, just shake the crumbs off and we’ll take care of the rest after pick up!

  • It’s that easy, you won’t need us to!

    The set-up is SO simple and we have photos/instructions on request to help the process if you need any extra help.

  • We would LOVE to see your long lunches and soirées of all kinds.
