These terms apply to purchases from Tabelle’s original collection of plates and glassware at tabelle.com.au. “Tabelle”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store.

Products and handmade character

Our original collection is handmade. Variations in shape, dimensions, colour, finish and placement of decorative details are an expected part of the process. Pieces may differ from one another and from the product photographs.

Normal handmade variations are not faults where they are consistent with the product description and acceptable quality. This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe or does not match its description.

Please follow the care instructions provided for your particular product.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is charged separately and calculated at checkout. The total payable is shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed through Stripe using the payment methods available at checkout. Full payment is required before dispatch.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already placed.

Placing an order

Please check your selected products, quantities, contact details and delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

If we discover that an ordered item is unavailable or there is an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain and discuss the options. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order as agreed and no alternative is accepted, we will refund the affected item and any associated shipping charges that are no longer payable.

Order changes and cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been packed for dispatch by emailing contact@tabelle.com.au with your order number. Eligible cancellations will receive a refund of the amount paid, including shipping.

Once an order has been packed, change-of-mind cancellations are not available. Other requested changes depend on the stage of preparation and whether they can reasonably be made.

This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping and returns

We ship within Australia only. Local pickup is not available. Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation and dispatch, plus delivery time.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or store-credit requests. Consumer guarantees continue to apply.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide the remedy required by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including for orders, payments, email marketing and website tracking.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that purchase, subject to any rights you have under law.
